Hi, y'all. Welcome to my blog. I'm Cajun, a Baha'i, a writer and an artist. I was living in Texas, but I'm back in Louisiana now. I enjoy writing and making artwork, especially beadwork and digital art. My greatest passions are fantasy fiction and beads.
In August of 2012, I graduated with a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing. Now, I'm trying to figure out what comes next. My dream is to published, but I'm also interested in a few other things: in making and selling art, which I've done for a few years now; in writing professional articles, blogs and other forms of writing; and in the business of publishing magazines, journals, newspapers or other print media. The publishing world seems fascinating and enjoyable, so I'm hoping I'll be able to join it one way or another.
I'll be using this blog to practice my writing, discuss the writing process and discuss my efforts to find a job and become a published author. Thanks so much for visiting. I may discuss other things if I feel they're appropriate for this blog.
